Pricing

All our prices exclude VAT ( Value added tax). Delivery to mainland U.K. is free on all orders over £60. For carriage outside U.K. please contact our Sales Department.

Abtec Industries use only the latest encryption technology to protect details of your purchase transaction including credit card details.

Order Confirmation

If requested your order will be confirmed by e-mail.

Delivery Policy

Orders placed before 3.00 p.m. Monday-Friday will be processed the same working day. Any orders placed after this cut off point, will be processed on the next working day. Delivery times will apply from the date of processing. All orders are dispatched by track delivery and a signature is required on receipt. If there are any queries processing your order we will notify you immediately by email or telephone during our normal office hours. Next day, timed and Saturday deliveries are available. Facilities for personal callers and collections are available by appointment only.

Product Guarantee Abrasives

Our abrasive products are manufactured to high standards and comply to British and International standards. Our abrasive products should reach you in perfect condition. If you are unhappy with any purchase from Abtec Industries please contact Customer Services free on 0800 027 1928. Abtec Industries is committed to resolving the matter quickly and to your complete satisfaction.

Product Guarantee Air/Electric Power Tools and Measuring Equipment up to 14 days from receipt.

If for any reason the purchased product does not meet your requirements Abtec Industries will collect and offer a full refund.

Product Guarantee Air/Electric Power Tools and Measuring Equipment over 14 days and up to 90 days from receipt

If the product purchased would under normal conditions require repair under manufacturers warranty Abtec Industries will offer to replace the product with a new or equivalent model.

Product Guarantee Air/Electric Power Tools and Measuring Equipment over 90 days and up to 1 year from receipt

If the product purchased would under normal conditions require repair under manufacturers warranty Abtec Industries will collect, repair and return the product free of charge.

Product repairs and servicing Air/Electric Power Tools and Measuring Equipment over 1 year from receipt

If the product purchased requires repair or servicing Abtec Industries will arrange to collect and quote a guaranteed price for the repair and delivery of the product. The part or parts replaced will have a guarantee of 6 months. Upon acceptance of quotation Abtec Industries will endeavour to return the product within 14 days.

Health & Safety

Whilst Abtec Industries is committed to safety into all of its products, we strongly recommend the use of personal protective equipment to help protect individuals against discomfort caused by dust particles, flying chips and constant noise.
