- How do I qualify for free delivery?
For UK Mainland (2-3 days) Orders received before 3pm Mon-Fri and Orders over £60.00 is free carriage. (Subject to the weight of the total order and automatically updated in the shopping cart. This delivery will require a signature. All prices exclude VAT).

- What couriers do you use?
We use, DPD, Parcel Force and Royal Mail.
- How do I track my order?
If you supplied an email when you purchased your goods, you should get an email when your goods have been shipped and the tracking number. If you supplied a mobile number you will get the tracking number through text.
- Can the billing address and delivery address be different?
Yes, they can be different. Depending on where you want your goods to be delivered and the invoice to be sent.
- How do I change my delivery address after I’ve placed my order?

- Can I use my own courier to collect my parcel?

- I don’t live far away from Abtec, can I collect my parcel?

- I had an email/text to say my parcel has been delivered but I haven’t received it yet, what do I do?
Please call that number for further information, this number should be in the email/text you received from the courier.
- How do I know when my order has been shipped?
If you supplied an email when you purchased your goods, you should get an email when your goods have been shipped. If you supplied a mobile number you will get the shipment update through text.
- I’ve only received part of my order, when will receive the rest?
When you receive your order at the bottom of the delivery note there should be “balance of order to follow” which means we will send the rest when your items are in stock with us.
