Flap wheels are available either in aluminium oxide abrasive or in an open abrasive grain - Flexclean and are flange or spindle mounted.
Aluminium oxide. Flap wheels are particularly suited to roughing, smoothing, and polishing operations on materials such as iron, brass, wood and synthetic materials. They can be mounted on electrical and air powered machines.
Flexclean. Flexclean flap wheels are suitable for a variety of applications, from surface cleaning through to satin finishing and light deburring. The different densities make the products very versatile: from soft densities that give cushioning actions ideal for use on uneven or irregular surfaces, to hard densities ideal for cleaning and finishing metal.
