Diamond paste and lapping compound. 5gram injector.

Diamond grinding paste and lapping compound comes as a standard concentration of 5g syringe. When applied this should be diluted with water or soluble oil.

Designed for use by hand on tools, electronic components, semi-conductors, magnetic heads, optics, dies, mould tools, press tools, gauges, bearings, spindles, cutting tools, aluminium, zinc, jewellery, carbide, hard steels and metallurgical specimens.

Available micron sizes:

1.0 micron (yellow) - metal investigation, mirror finish
1.5 micron (peach) - metal investigation, mirror finish
2.5 micron (pink) - metal investigation, mirror finish
3.5 micron (red) - fine polish, hard metals and carbides
7 micron (dark green) - pre-polish for specimens, fine lapping steels
10 micron (dark grey) - lapping hard metals
14 micron (dark green) - stock removal of hard steels, lapping hard metals
20 micron (green) - stock removal of hard steels, lapping hard metals
28 micron (yellow) - lapping hard metals, stock removal of carbide
40 micron (cream) - lapping hard metals, stock removal of carbide
