Pricing

All our prices exclude VAT( Value added tax). Delivery to mainland U.K. is free on all orders over £10. For carriage outside U.K. please contact our Sales Department.

Order Confirmation

Your order will be confirmed by e-mail.

Delivery Policy

Orders placed before 3.00 p.m. Monday-Friday will be despatched the same day for delivery, by leading national carriers, the next working day. If for any reason we are unable to despatch your order we will notify you immediately during our normal office hours 8.30 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. Saturday deliveries are available. The Environment

At Abtec we are committed to reducing any detrimental affect on the environment. All packaging materials are either bio-degradable or recycled reducing waste to minimal amounts. Through a change in marketing and homeworking we have reduced our fuel usage by a dramatic 60% since 2005.

Product Guarantee Abrasives

Our abrasive products are manufactured to high standards and comply to British and International standards. Our abrasive products should reach you in perfect condition. Abtec Industries is committed to resolving the matter quickly and to your complete satisfaction.

Product Guarantee Magnetic and Measuring Equipment up to 7 days from receipt.

If for any reason the purchased product does not meet your requirements Abtec Industries will collect and offer a full refund.

Product Guarantee Magnetic and Measuring Equipment over 7 days and up to 90 days from receipt

If the product purchased would under normal conditions require repair under manufacturers warranty Abtec Industries will offer to replace the product with a new or equivalent model.

Product Guarantee Magnetic and Measuring Equipment over 90 days and up to 1 year from receipt

If the product purchased would under normal conditions require repair under manufacturers warranty Abtec Industries will collect, repair and return the product free of charge.

Product Guarantee Magnetic and Measuring Equipment over 1 year from receipt

If the product purchased requires repair or servicing Abtec Industries will arrange to collect and quote a guaranteed price for the repair and delivery of the product. The part or parts replaced will have a guarantee of 6 months. Upon acceptance of quotation Abtec Industries will endeavour to return the product within 7 days.

Whilst Abtec Industries is committed to safety into all of its products, we strongly recommend the use of personal protective equipment to help protect individuals against discomfort caused by dust particles, flying chips and constant noise.
