Blade Types
-
Type 1. Power continuous rim turbo diamond cutting blades (fine cut) are designed for more accurate cutting of concrete, concrete roofing tiles, fireproof stones, gneiss, granite, terrazo and bricks. Ideally the cutting depth should not exceed 2 cm to gain maximum advantage in using these blades.
-
Type 2. Laser welded dry or wet cutting blades are a more robust diamond blade for angle grinders and portable cutting machines and are available from stock as a universal specification for most building materials including concrete, exposed aggregate, concrete border stones and granite.
-
Type 3. A high performance laser welded diamond blade, longer lasting than a sintered or all purpose blade. Rigid bond designed for cutting a wide range of abrasive materials including sand-lime stone, floor pavement, plaster, sandstone, porous concrete, brick and pantiles.
-
Type 4. A high performance laser welded diamond blade, longer lasting than a sintered or all purpose blade. A well balanced blade designed for cutting a wide range of concrete materials including re-inforced concrete, exposed aggregate concrete, composite concrete paving, concrete roofing tiles and terrazzo.
